Form Page- You can download the forms you need. You will need to fill out the Spring 08 Application form and the DARB Form. We hope to see you this Spring at soccer!
If you send in the application form, you do NOT have to show up for sign-ups.
Most practices are Tuesday and Thursday Nights. Games will be played on Saturdays, some Tuesdays, and some Thursdays.
If you register your children before March 29, you will save $5.00 per child. The regular registration rates apply if you sign your children up between March 30 and April 7. However, if you sign your children up AFTER APRIL 7 there is a $10.00 late fee per child.
